Printmaking. I love Printmaking. My personal poison are woodcuts. There is something oddly therapeutic about drawing on a piece of wood and carving it out. Not to mention, running an inked roller across said piece of wood and cranking it through the press on some lovely rice paper. To me, printmaking gives me a different way to work my creative process that is separate from graphic design specifically. And yet, at the same time, the processes I use in creating my prints strengthen my graphic design workflow. Some consider it an old school form of graphic design, I just consider it perfection.
